On October 28, 2024, the Learning and Teaching Innovation Center (Ltic) of Khon Kaen University provided consultation on the use of the E-LEARNING and DIGICLASS systems to personnel from the General Education Teaching Institute (GETI). The session took place at the 6th floor of the Information Building, Khon Kaen University, with the objective of enhancing the efficiency of teaching and learning management at GETI through expert guidance on the DIGICLASS KKU online learning support system.

The consultation focused on providing comprehensive guidance for using the DIGICLASS KKU platform, covering topics that ranged from platform usage and instructional media development to techniques for designing engaging lessons. In addition, a production team from the Learning and Teaching Innovation Center was on hand to offer professional advice on instructional media production. This was done to ensure that GETI personnel could apply the acquired knowledge and techniques to achieve maximum effectiveness in their teaching.
The Learning and Teaching Innovation Center is ready to provide services in digital instructional media production, online course design, and the development of lessons in various formats to meet the needs of faculty and staff in using technology for education.
